Some thing happened that I was unaware of.
After few minutes I hear Kahuna say "Kill ArTek he has low karma."
I assumed it was revenge RDM, as the round started Mr.Gusta killed/shot ArTek to get his attention and even kill him.
Round later same was with Traitor, he started shooting him and killed him.
Kahuna helped them and shot ArTek too.

Excommunication, Revenge kill, First blood kill.
