The video looks like he's speedhacking and aimbotting. He also firstblood RDM'd Phoenix.  The previous round he scored 7 headshots for 9 kills as a T. I don't have screens for that though :l The previous round it really looked like he was speed hacking. He left after the round in the video so I didn't get any more proof.
