That picture doesn't show you offline now, it shows you offline since 2 days - which means that you don't even know if he played on rNd or not within the past two days.
And even if only 10% of his playing time on GMod was on rNd, he'd still play on the servers for an equal amount of time as you do. So I don't see how he is inactive, if you are saying that you're not?
There is no "good reason" for anyone being admin, there's no good reason for Deacon, iPounce, Prox, whoever you want to name to be admin nor would there be any trouble in them staying VIP. That is not the point of this board, the point is to name people suitable for being admin and then giving opinions about them.

I'd just like to add that I shut down my RP server about 3 months ago ._.
As to why I would seem inactive to you, and not to Don, is becuase I only actively play at night when I actually have time to sit down and enjoy it.
I'm always busy during most of the day, so I wouldn't be able to play for an extended period of time. It'd end up being something like
> play for two rounds
> go afk for the next six
The middle of the night for us is just the afternoon for the majority of people in the eastern hemisphere, and I'm usually in-game anywhere from 10pm-4amish PST.
Another reason I don't have nearly as many hours as I used to (~50-60ish per two weeks) is becuase I had just gotten out of a move. We only just finished getting everything out of the old house on Tuesday.
I'm always online on steam though, so if theres anything going on in the server, I can always be PM'd to see what's up.
Hopefully this clarifies some things.

Whichever is good.
I think Snivy is a good candidate for admin. He runs a Minecraft server really well and has experience. The only problem is that he's a bit inactive :L
