Reduce Fagstie Leap Please?

Everything in zs is alright except for the maps, all we need is to make better maps, and test them, and replace the horrible maps in zs. (especially infected_hospital, and  fear_tower) Too many spawn campers in infected_hospital(when admins and vips are not ingame), and too much team pushing in fear_tower.
