Overall he just SO OFTEN responds to his own threads 10 times. If you look at topics made by him, often every second post is made by him. And it's usually repeating the same thing again.

This this this this. Every time he was warned, he PM'd me saying something along the lines of "you admins seem mad. im not doing anything wrong i can tell people to -1 me and post as much as i want its not against rules. plus its everyone elses fault for starting arguements with me every time I post.".

Unfortunately I deleted them because I'm OCD about having a spam-filled inbox or I would screenshot them :L

Well I suppose you can warn enough to mute him for a bit if he's causing problems.
