Not that I'm trying to worry you or nothing, but you don't know depression until you hit my age. When you're of that age where you're not old enough to have any decent job experience, and not young enough to live off your parents. I live off around £10 a week and I have to drag myself out of bed every morning because I know that it'll just be as much of a fucked up day as every other, but I still do it.
Get out, get some air into your lungs, go for a bike ride, a hike. Regardless, just get out of the house and go remind yourself what it is that you love. Me? I fucking LOVE hiking to high places and just watching the sun set. Sounds proper gay but I honestly couldn't give a fuck. A sunset is one of the greatest things in my opinion so yeah. But anyway, just remind yourself you're alive.
