Update: added waterfall island. Note that these islands aren't super detailed because it is just a gm map.

The displacement problems have been giving me hell, I've been trying to fix them since the day I started and for some reason hammer doesnt want to sew some edges toge1her.
The lightmap problem on the bottom is also quite annoying. Thats the biggest grid source has.
Im going to put more splashes at the end of the waterfall
Going to add fade distance to those rock models.
chnge skybox + bigger 3d skybox (made smaller for just this test)
Forest sounds are a little buggy (they start 1 minute after starting the map)
Anything else I thought of and forgot to add.

Sorreh Magic, The boat requires all those extra things and it would be more easier just to spawn a prop boat :/ .
Ill addz joo for play testing and other shiz help in credeetz.
