Title: Perm ban of SwagRambo and Vinyl Scratch

These 2 guests came onto sledbuild and started to lag the server and make bombs. They made these Liquid oxygen canisters and exploded them to kill people and their props.
After many times Missy and Sam asked them to stop they didn't. Here is the console but I wasn't able to put them on a link cause me comp was screwy and I can't remember the name of the website so I copy and pasted it.

Yeah, these two deserve to be banned, they also crashed the server at least once.

I had to actually kick Vinyl Scratch from TTT because for some reason we were unable to damage him.
I literally used a whole clip of m16 (w/ full karma) on his head, and not a health lost.

Vinyl banned for one day as I don't see much evidence against him, Swag for 3.
Thanks for the report, but this isn't nearly big enough an issue nor enough evidence to perm them.
