I played with him today and he didn't seem like hacking. He was bhopping though, it is quite easy to do that.

Isn't there a setting where you can make it aim at their head if you're so close to it or something?

Erm, I don't know about THAT. He was just bunny-hopping around today, didn't do any crazy shots or anything, just playing the game.

You can check the demo's. There were a few instances that were questionable.
But like you, I wasn't sure. I just kicked him so I could put up the report.

He did last time, he did a 50m shot with a deagle to me and it was hs -_-. I closely spectate him after I died and he was clearly aimbotting. After the round I suicided and record the demo and He knew that I was spectating him.
