Roach's VIP application

Situations:

Killing fellow Traitor buddy on TTT
Asking for the reason, if rdm for no reason warn, does the same thing again votekick, comes back and does the same voteban and post a report/report the admin/

RDMing the detective as an innocent
Asking for the reason, if rdm for no reason warn, does the same thing again votekick, comes back and does the same voteban and post a report/report the admin/

Someone is glitching (not spawned on glitch, TTT and Flood)
Tell them that its not allowed, keeps glitching warn and then votekick, comes back and does the same voteban and report.

Someone is using a name changer
Warn, votekick, comes back voteban and report to admin/post a report

Someone is using an aimbot
Warn, votekick, voteban, post a report or report to admin

Someone is using speedhacks
Warn, votekick, voteban, post a report/report to admin

Someone is mic-spamming, general population wants him/her gone
I would tell them how to mute people and that mic spamming is not a kick/bannable offense.

Someone is constantly disrespecting other people
Tell him to calm down, warn him again, votekick, comes back and does the same voteban and report to admin.

Roach has been a good friend of mine, and new him for a long while. Fun to play tf2 with, and has done a great contribution with his forum icons. I've never witnessed him minge but it's been a short while I haven't played with him.

+/- 0, Strongly leaning to a +1, unless if he has done anything wrong.

This. I haven;t had the opportunity to play with him recently, considering my situation, but I've never had problems with Roach. I don't feel it's right to +1 atm though, as I haven't played with him in some while. As Silent said though, leaning more towards a +1. I might change my vote if it's really close to being approved later.

But that was tiem ago so I need to see how u now still are so.
