5. Description of the event(s): BIN folder was edited so therefore i must be a hacker.
6. Reason for appeal: i dunno how to prove it but i don't hack...

i got banned because my gmod/BIN folder is edited even though when you refresh server list it regenerates your BIN folder..... this guy doesn't understand what BIN folder is for, so i get banned because it is edited even though i can fraps / record a video of me doing good. i dont fucking hack w.e this will probably be removed due to no one caring..

i got banned because my gmod/BIN folder is edited even though when you refresh server list it regenerates your BIN folder.....
That's not why you got banned, you were accused of hacking and there was some proof that I only viewed a bit of, but you disagreed with a ban and said that you're not hacking so the only possible way for you to prove it was to take a screenshot of your bin folder. I don't know whether you hacked or not but the ban seems legit...
And I haven't heard that bin folder regenerates after refreshing a server list.

Honestly, I watched both demos and I really don't think he's hacking, regardless of what his bin folder says... He never clearly snaps or follows anyone through walls. I'll leave this up to the admin that banned you though.

To add on to that. I also played in game with him and there was nothing out of the ordinary.

yes there was a update on the 11, but bin updates randomly based on server data. I really wanna prove my innocence... i like the community and the people on the server, even if they think i hack i get that a lot i will fraps a game for u to show u that i don't hack if u watch my videos u'd understand i am a professional gamer and always played Fight to survive before it was stronghold.

i know thats not why i got banned but that was the final result of why he banned me, was because my bin folder was edited. (also its saying i modified it on the 15th now and i don't think there was a update on the 15th) ((can someone help me understand why my BIN folder keeps being moded?)

also if i hacked why would i want to get unbanned so badly and prove myself... most hackers i have known go server hopping from one to the next.

The report proof might want to be reconsidered. Mistakes do happen.

To me (and Snivy), the proof looked very convincing, but apparently not.
I'm sorry for failing with knowing about the .bin folder, I talked with other people before deciding on the report and apparently no one knows how2bin.
Mistake on my part.
Still though, I am not entirely convinced from that ._.
The proof still looks good to me, and just because you appeal your ban, doesn't mean you're not a hacker.

i realize that, but i'm trying to give u all the proof i can to show u that i'm not, because now i am perma'd from one of my favorite servers.

For further reassurance, Duck, could you please take an actual image of the bind folder, showing the date modified before discussing anything further.

Maybe someone go take a screen on their bin folder to see if there is any update or the bin folder is modified after the update.
