Why I want to be Regular and why I should be Regular:
I've been reg before, but did not abuse it, i want to be reg is because of permissions to certain tools that guests cannot use, (i.e. Igniter, Adv Dupe, etc)
Also, this is my forth re-app.

I again apologize if this was too fast of a re-app and if it is I will (sort of) understand if I don't get approved.

And I'm honestly sick of reposting apps ><

For me, what you will like more of REG is being able to use pew pew on wirebuild (lol)
