Title: CPU slowed down

Alright.
My computer is back up and running.
However, there is a problem.

Processor: Pentium Dual-Core CPU  E5300 @ 2.60GHz (manufacturer's recommended speed) 1.60GHz (my speed)


Result, L4D2 lags like a bitch.

Any suggestions?

Nevermind.

I figured it out.
CPU multiplier was set to BARE MINIMUM, for some reason.

Lock, please.
