Edit:Maybe the brand signature of the car has the seagull like Jaguar that has the Jaguar at the front of the car

Uh, unless I'm reading that wrong, Jaguar's don't have a seagull as their brand signature.

I believe you are reading wrong. Think, hood ornament. Mercedes, bentley, jaguar, etc.
