It's the parents fault that they couldn't block sexual content for children's. And honestly, that's pretty shitty, since maybe 85% of Britain goes on porn (not just britain, also Canada, America, etc...).

Uhm Uhm... mister no fap, anyway I think kids will find a way to watch /THAT/ on the internet since there is tons and tons of those sites and they won't be able to block them all.
