Lets discuss, if only I could find a better explanation of the trial, etc.
I personally think he should be re-trialed, then we will put this case to bed finally.

Isn't there a law where you can't be retrialed for the same thing after it's been final?

I think that's punishment

You can't be punished twice for something you did once.

Yes, it is an amendment in the constitution.

If the charges ARE EXACTLY the same in both trials he cannot be tried twice.
