got in alt_borders map and went to unreachable spot, stayed there for a relatively long time. Note the different steam ID (STEAM_0:0:16309300 is the old one), he prolly uses cracked steam so he can make unlimited accounts to play gmod on this server, i suggest an IP ban (and hope it's not dynamic).

it was not evade
my steamid wrong so fixed now
