Lol, unless you're going to some extremely rough ghetto highschool you're fine... It really isn't bad :l. Just use common sense and don't act like an idiot.

Try your best to stay out of peer pressure.
Try to maintain your grades (it'll pay off I promise)

But other than that, you'll be fine.
Those are just stereotypes of being in high school and shit.

It's really no big deal.

Although you will be hated by upperclassmen because freshmen are generally viewed as stupid and immature and just ... .stupid.
Which is 70% right since some upperclassmen have grown a little bit of some brain.
They wont do you any harm.

Stay away from upper classmen in P.E. unless you want a heavy, fully inflated basketball to make contact with your face multiple times.

Me and my foreign friend BOTH know what it's like. With the speed the kids throw it at, it hurts. A lot. More than a bloody nose. It's even more horrifying when one of the guys name's are "Mojo". And he looks exactly like his name, 6"2, piercings in both ears, smokes outside in gym class everyday, total douchebag ect.

I've never had problems with any of the older grades. The gym class that I was in had grade 11's in the other side of the gym at the same time, and I knew a couple of them, so I would talk to them sometimes between class or w.e and I had no problems.

If teachers in this school did the things you guys said about your teachers they wouldn't even be here which leads me to something not really related but still interesting.

Our high school counselor brought his laptop in to the school for an upgrade and they found his stash of child porn right on his desktop or something. He got fired and now everyone makes jokes about him. He was pretty creepy looking too like the guys you see  on TCAP.

One tip to Sophomores/Upper class-men, being nice to Freshman is a good idea. When you think about it, nothing good can come from being a dick to them.

Always get to know your teachers, get them to trust you. If you forget some homework or something they might trust you and give you another day to get it done:)

They've helped me majorly and they trust me, which is a bonus.
