Title: How do i become a VIP or a Regular

i play gmod a lot but most of the time i play coolzeds zombie survival and whenever i play almost everyone is either a (Reg) or a VIP and they told me to request it on his website. i just hate being a guest when i play every day henceforth i should be a regular.
