I'd like to see something to decrease smelting time for furnaces - it's a huge pain to smelt a full load of 50 iron and still a pain to smelt a full load of copper. I kind of bounced this off Sabb's hammer idea, which would shorten crafting times.

Stranded =/= Minecraft
Perhaps an adv. dupe option that could save a shelter? costs as much resources to spawn it as it would to build, without the hassle of making your shack every time you join

One time, I played on a flood server that had stacker and the unbreakable tool.
You could basically spawn one soda machine, and then use the stacker to make a 20-machine boat that was literally indestructible.
Needless to say, the server didn't stay up long.

- Having a few sprouts fall after taking down a tree. I'm not sure, but just seems cool.
- The ability to cancel a process. It get's annoying when you miss your target and your begin foraging or whatever.
- Being able to give other players your things. Sort of a bummer to see your stuff go to waste when you leave.

But what if you have a huge load of a certain something and they can't carry it all?
ofcourse they can grab each bit by bit, but that'd take awhile. Especially if you have so much.
and usually when you want to leave, you want to leave right then, not a few minutes later while you wait for people to take your stuff.
It's not needed, but it'd be nice to know my stuff just isn't going to waste when I leave.

Could there be a system that when you leave all your props, including structures, would be saved in you inventory, so when you come back, you can load all of your stuff?
And unlike what Deacon said, it wouldn't be a tool. Just all your props that you can spawn for free.

That takes out the whole fun of the game lol. You wouldn't have to build anything anymore.
I was thinking of suggesting simply having the resources in your inventory save, but that still takes away a lot of the game :/.

IF adv. dupe WERE to be added, it would definitely need to be restricted to at least Reg+.
I've already had to deal with minges and tree spam on the server, adv. dupe spam would be a BITCH.

If the shelter you want to save is big enough to be adv dup'd, you probably wouldn't be able to hold all the resources to build it in your inventory anyway; coding the shelter to spawn like a blueprint would be a pain too, I'd think.

Here's a good idea IMO: (might take a while though)
Iron furnace. Large furnace which allows you to smelt all metals and what ever else on the same furnace. This reduces the amount of structures needed which can be very helpful for players and possibly even a bit for the performance of the server.

I rage quit earlier today because pf a 6 ft fall that dealt over 100 damage.

I have been playing in stranded for a while and i would love if the admins hear me out
1.) A new map
Why: The Current map GMS_rollinghills (i think) is a map small holes in it
what i mean by this is that my friend once smacked me with a "cabinet" accidentally
and he smacked me under the map where i found my other cabinets, Since cabinets
always fall into the map and its hard to keep it on land and alot of items can also sink
into the map
I suggest the Following maps:
Basic needs = Wood, rock and ground
-gms_4lands
-Features: Antlions (for meat)
Basic needs
- The main purpose is its a big map with antlions, spawn is a spawn room where there are 4 teleporters 1 of these teleporters leads to one with antlions so players can choose if they wish to survive with antlions or without

-Features: No special features, only basic needs
- The main purpose of this map it has alot of islands and its small and has many little island each with basic needs, i suggested this map because of player Independence and wanting to be alone and not share their resource this map is perfect
I highly recommend these maps
Others:
- Reducing fall damage
- Box resource limit ( so no player can have 90 boxes lying around the map that hes too lazy to clean up)
- Removing the tool "lights" or "lamps" (people then to put lamps with a rope then prop minge with it since the lights fly around and kill any near it when the prop is moved)
- Reducing Price of iron on props (rather expensive just to set up a house of out iron)
- Cabinets not spawning half way into the ground
Weapons:
This is just a random suggestion for more weapons

Ideas:
Factory: Works like furnace but you toss ore in instead of pressing E on it and waiting for it to smelt
Drill: Automatically but slowly mines for user and user gains no XP
Merchant: Maybe just a stall, but anyone could use iron (as a currency) to maybe trade for items they haven't reached the level or cant obtain in the game
Super Workbench: Combines all the blueprints from all workbenches into one
Trip wire: Damages anything that touches it (maybe could be used to mark territory)
Hope my ideas and suggestion are at least taken into consideration.
My main request is the change in maps please :)

I agree, but it would probably be even more simple to just have a command/button (in the commands menu) to remove the box you're looking at.

3. Time to do things such as smelting or foraging in the bar instead of just a bar going down. like a countdown till its done inside of the bar.

Something like storage or cart so you will be able to put stuff in there and not 0v3r 9000 boxes on the ground and making ppl mad :3
