Put the Grado's over your ears.

Put the Headset around your neck and aim mic up towards your mouth.

Enjoy Audio Awesomeness.

This is what I have done for along time, cept I have SR125's and a radioshak headset.

I will warn you if you game in a loud enviroment, the grados might not be the best as they are open air, and you can still hear everything that is going on. But the sound quality is amazing.

The pad on the top can be irritating if you wear it for too long, but I don't have issues often
