Title says all, I'm gonna buy one of them, I prefer ps3, but I want to hear what you guys think.
Please post saying why, if you choose an option.

If you don't have friends go for ps3, you don't have to pay to play online. (also ps3 can run blu ray ;D)

I see the ps3 as a better console it just has no games ._. but more of my friends have a 360 so I got one.

PS3 has a shitton of games, just look up the games list,
same for xbox 360.
I have an xbox and a ps3, I find social connecting faster, and easier, on xbox 360.
Although the ps3 does provide nice, but not better, game-play
(on my 72-inch flatscreen)
Get an xbox IF you have the money and can keep up with it.

I have a PS3 and I use it sometimes, Blu Ray is useless for me because I don't have a good TV. I dislike how you can't listen to your music while you play though.
I only own Quantum of Solace and Fallout 3.

Mostly because of his first sentence in the post I quoted, and because he only likes PS3 because it's what he first used. (fan boys always stick to their console or w/e regardless if there's something better... not saying that Xbox is as a fact better though)

As you can see it's really dusty because I never use it. And actually I have a peformance issue with Fallout 3 at one part (the Citadels laboratory?) my fps drops. Notice my old ps2 which I occasionally play guitar hero 2 or The Sims Bustin' Out on.

PS3 - Not worth it. for its price, you can get a low end gaming computer
xbox360 - Worth it, if you dont have the spare money. gold isnt that expensive (what was it, 60 dollars a months?). not much more than a new game
PC - WINNAR. has halo CE (custom and combat), which was the ONLY GOOD HALO VERSION ANYWAYS, which is still true, so xbox fans can go suck a dick. decent gaming builds can range from price of a PS3 to... a lot

I'm not a PS3 fanboy, my favorite games happen to be Xbox exclusive...just I honestly don't want to pay monthly/$60 a year just to play a multiplayer game. They already push you to get avatar/DLC crap to make you think that you're a real gamer and what not. I mean come on, it's Microsoft, they try to put a price tag on anything the can. That's why I think PC is superior to consoles.
Most of the same games, but free online/mods and in some cases, free content that would cost $$$ on the consoles (*cough*L4D*cough*).

Second I really forgot about the montly online payment for the xbox, so i can't choose that.

Lol, when people say "no games" it's an exaggeration. Obviously the PS3 has games otherwise it wouldn't be quite so popular, but I just don't think it's anythign to be compared with the variety of Xbox games.

I'm not sure, but I prefer Xbox because it has a lot more of seceruity. Ps3 got hacked by a guy for like a month. Xbox has a lot more money to keep it secure. I would go with xbox because of that and because I got one.:):)
