took care of it already, this was 2 days ago

i used CCleaner, uninstalled everything, fixed the registry and cleared out 3 GB of unnecessary cache files

71% fragmentation though, holy shit.

I thought it was default for Windows 7 to automatically defrag itself on Wednesday or Thursday.
