I'm not a huge halo fan but combat evolved was one of my favorite fps games in my early childhood...

Amazing how you can switch right back to original game with a touch of a button. I also like how they're using two different engines to keep it how it was before. Most likely buying.

After Halo 2, I hated the series.
More the fact that most of the players now are 12 year olds that think there playing a good game cause its not Cod.

Personally, I loved the first two Halo games and Reach and I am a huge Halo fan.

Although, I hope this game is using a modified version of the CE engine. I'd like the game to be more or less the same but some changes would be nice. Reach's healing system, ragdolling, and vehicle physics would be good, but everything else should be CE.

I liked Halo, it was my childhood game then when I bought a copy of Halo 3 and played it...IT WAS ON FUCKING JAPANESE. I WAS RAGING SO HARD GAAAAAA

Halo 2 was kind of a disappointment. They used a totally different engine, the friendly AI's say random stuff all the time, and it just feels wrong.

As long as we get the original weapons instead of the ones used in Reach, I'm definitely going to buy this.

And I hope that library level gets changed.

I have to agree (With Good fucking Memories on the Fucking XBOX) and only slightly disagree with Halo 2 being the last good Halo game, only slightly because I'll admit it wasn't the same in Halo 3.

The only reason I played Halo 3 was because of the Campaign.

It was better than okay.

The whole story is pretty tight, even. ALL THE WAY FROM CE. Hot Damn I loved that game.

The Remake? I hope they at least stay true to the Halo lore. I'd buy this just to play the Original CE again on an Xbox, again.

I started watching the Intro to SC and Immediately I remember the Cutscene, the Beach coming into view, then all of a sudden it's a firefight amidst Covy Crates and Grunts chucking Plasma Grenades.

God I remember when Bungie was just migrating from the success they had in the late 90's. Now look at them. Halo is fucking almost a Cult, to an extent.
