After speaking with Cake Face and Sabb, they told me I should post it in Sr. section and see if this is worthy of reporting. I'm sorry for posting it here, but we can't put our finger on whether or not Radioactive is hacking.
In the demo, I started recording Radioactive as the traitor after he got some suspicious kills. I noticed that the rest of the kills he got were pretty bs and I started to wonder if they were aimbots. Please post whether or not you think I should report this, or keep it to myself.
Yet again, I'm sorry if you guys think don't I should post it here.

It's really tough to decide on this one. The guy has a 0.00000001 reaction time and it's like he knows the players are there.

it almost even looks like he is walling....I can't tell for sure though. I played with mat_wireframe 1 and he looks at the people a few times, but he looks like he's just following old radar too...and again, it looks like hes aimbotting but the last kill was a bodyshot

WHAT? Radio hacks? I'm pretty sure he doesn't because I've played with him A LOT of times :C
Anyways, I've known him for quite awhile now and actually yes; he does have a fast reaction time (doesn't mean he walls/aimbots though)...

If he's a hacker with any common sense, he knows that the more people he kills, the more people are going to be watching him.
Here's what you do:
As soon as you see him join TTT, go to spectator. When he finishes loading, he'll think you're spectating for being AFK and won't worry about it. He's bound to aimbot at least once.

Meh, I said you should probably just report and let people decide there after thinking of it lol. This works though.
But anyways, it seems pretty suspicious to me... I mean, it looks a lot like he's constantly moving to the head and staying on it, and the movement doesn't look natural. It's really hard to say one way or another though, because it seems there's some lag.
