I currently cannot view the demo but I DO know about that out of bounds area. Did you repeatedly tell him to stop before making this? If so, I +1

I was there and sayt  that he dont can do that but he stayed doing it.

The spot is of some debate, it is glitching, and against the rules. However, I do not feel it warrants us taking action against him at this time.
