Title: My youtube won't work. Please help.

MY YOUTUBE VIDEOS WON'T WORK!

It's just a black box. Not doing anything. No one seems to have this problem since I thought it was youtube's fault. Basically when I click a video, it's just a black box without it even loading or anything..

The things I tried:
-uninstalled and reinstalled flash
-updated flash
-used I.E, Firefox and Chrome and it's still that black box.
-restarted computer
-disabled my flashblock and adblock
-disabled my antivirus
-enabled PPAPI Flash in the renderer process
-updated video driver
-cleared cache
-cleared browsing history
-cleared cookies
-cleared registry
-used html5 on youtube (it worked but only on some videos)
-anything else I might've forgotten I'll write it down later.

What I noticed:
-It works when I watch youtube videos embedded on other websites (I was able to watch videos in the videos section on the forums)
-Newgrounds flash games and videos worked
-html5 worked on some videos

ANY IDEAS PLEASE?!

EDIT:
i notice I get this
"javascript:void(0);" when I try it on firefox. Located in the bottom left corner where it would usually say "Transferring etc..."

I did that lol. Only worked on 1 out of 10 videos I click.

Could perhaps be a caching issue, or some unknown third party software tampering with YouTubes JavaScript? Seems unlikely, but possible as it would be more difficult to do using https if something is hooking WinSock for instance.

Difficult to say without looking at it myself.

The only thing that I could think from my head is to

Get into a command prompt and enter
netsh winsock reset
hit enter
follow that up with a restart.

I just scroll a bit and click to the left and it usually pops up.

Right click on video > Global Settings > Advanced?

I know https works but ya never know what flash is going to do next
