Requirements:

1. Player's SteamID (STEAM_0:0:1234)

2. Players Nickname

3. Your in-game name

4. Server name (Wirebuild, Zombie Survival)

5. Description of the event(s)

6. Reason for ban

7. Screenshots or demo(s) | Optional console log(s)

8. (Optional) If you are adding an old report(Not the current day), please paste the date also if you can time of the event happened.

THE PLAYER WHO IS BEING REPORTED AGAINST MUST HAVE THEIR SAY IN THE REPORT, IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A FORUM ACCOUNT, TELL THEM ABOUT THE REPORT AND TELL THEM TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT, AND HAVE THEIR SAY!

EVEN WITH SOLID PROOF, EXCLUDING HACKERS, THEY MUST REPLY AND EXPLAIN THE EVENT THEMSELVES, WITNESSED ARE ALSO WELCOME BUT ARE NOT NEEDED
