Title: Am i allowed to have .:`=-~Rnd in my steam name? :3

I have played it for quite a while now so i consider myself as a     .:`=-~Rnd gamer :)

But i don't know if its some rule that you must be accepted or something... yeah :P

I do not know of this mysterious .:`=-~Rnd tag.
I do know that everything and everyone can wear the .:~RND`=- tag though.
