isnt kickable unless its targeted so?

I only have the rule like that because I don't want to say "BANS AT 3 RDMs" then have some people ignore the rule for their friends, then be really strict on people they hate. If the rule is just flat and automatic it should be a good deterrent.

super late on this, but idk its kinda ez to tell whos rdming and who is playing teh game, some ppl are just TERRIBLE at it and tend to jump to conclusions quick and kill innocents, then there are others that just flat out start killing everything
