Jman: I don't think grocery is even an English word, but idk anyways... so assuming it is, English is a fucked up language that has many exceptions.
Also, I wouldn't rely on Google Translate for how to pronounce words...

Don: You're Swiss, argument invalid. Joking of course.

OP:
grosheries

But different areas probably pronounce it differently, similar to how some words in English are pronounced differently in Canada than they are America.

The area I live in has always pronounced it grosheries.

I call it pepsi.
Come to think about it, we don't call it anything. We call it by what it is. If its a can of coke, we call it coke. If its pepsi, we call it pepsi, if its sunkist, we call it sunkist.

In the case of porsche, its por-sheh, or por-shuh. "porsh" is not a valid pronunciation, since the brand is german and has a proper german pronunciation. This is fail english.

And supertoaster, Pronouncing router "rooter" is just plain incorrect. There is no way rou would make rooooo. "row-ter." Stop saying it.

All other problems solved.
