Title: Update to richs apartments

I was on Chiefehs server and they had a much more updated version of richs. Idk where to get the map though so I can't be much help there. Would be cool if we could update it.

I've played on a very similar map.
it had a pool and a tree house.

I have played both but I find the rANdOm one better.
