I need help! I have Messed Up water Textures!

What's your Direct X level? If not sure, type dxdiag in the Run program (Windows key + R)

Okay, seems okay. Go to your steam library, right click Garry's Mod game, click Properties, press SET LAUNCH OPTIONS..., and tell me what it says.

There is always going into your Gmod folder. Stmea/Steamappps/Garrysmod/Garrysmod/
And delete your Material Folder.
When you relunch the game, Steam should reinstall the files. No dl is requireed btw.

it doesn't work, still got messed up water textures
