To be honest, Nintendo killed the conference.
Not only did they prove they now have huge third party support and franchises, like MS and Sony.
> Konami, EA, Bandai Namco, Tetris, CapCom, Square Enix, Sega, Ubisoft
> Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater 3D, Resident Evil Revelations, Just Dance 3, Tetris, Fifa Soccer 12, Animal Crossing, Driver Renegade, Heros of Ruin, Tekken for 3DS, Acecombat 3D, Darksiders 2, Assassin's Creed, Batman Arkham City, Ghost Recon Online, and tons more.
Along with this, Nintendo presented interviews with multiple head CEO from big gaming figures such as Ubisoft, EA, THQ, Ubisoft, Bandai Namco, Irrational Games, etc. All of them are impressed with Nintendo's new home console and are actively developing for releases on it.
They also have tons of key first party franchise releases.
> Zelda Ocarina of Time 3d, Kid Icarus Uprising, Luigi's Mansion 2, Zelda Skyward Sword, 3D Excitebike, Paper Mario, Super Mario, Starfox 64 3D, Mariokart, Kirby, Mario Party 9, etc etc etc.
All of these on either their 3d mobile platform and brand new console. (Some also have inter-connectivity)
Along with this, the new console has a new console and is fully backward compatible with wii hardware..
I think it's amazing to see so many cool games coming out with so many gameplay options.

Also, the controller has a camera on the front.
They showed off this webcam feature that performs similar to facetime.
6.2 inch screen on the front of that, mic, dual analog, touch screen, etc, etc.
And man that nature demo was amazing looking..
Really happy to see HD content coming to the new Nintendo platform
Sony, Microsoft, and Ubisoft had some crazy titles coming out (Mass effect 3, Farcry 3, Halo Revamps and new stuph, Uncharted 3, Gears of War, Battlefield 3, CoD: Modern Warfare 3, Bioshock etc.) But man.. Nintendo was very impressive.

also I'm not surprised Nintendo was like the first company to make the gaming scene with the NES all those years ago, i'm just glad there getting back into the game because lets face it Nintendo had awesome exclusive content that I've been wait years for a remake.

The Wii U looks just about as big as the Wii based off the disc slot.
