Title: Why's post processing disabled in other gamemodes?

I just discovered the wonders of visual effects in RP

How come things like Depth of Field and custom motion blur are disabled in other gamemodes like TTT or ZS?

I would think SOME of the PP effects could be abused, but why not limit it to the ones that can't?

Doesn't TTT and ZS derive from sandbox though?
