Title: bans.randomgs.com - Now in Effect

The new URL is now in effect ( bans.randomgs.com ).

Everyone should start linking to that URL as well as changing bookmarks as necessary including appeals, reports, etc.

The old ( sourcebans.randomgs.com ) url will redirect for about a month to allow time to switch.

Thanks and notify anyone else who has/can not seen this.
