Title: Needs to Start up a Good Metal Thread

I'm fucking bored, so I decided to make a thread for metal.
I don't think I've seen a thread dedicated to metal before, not aside from a few death metal or thrash metal threads a while back by some guy who's name I can't remember lol.

So, post ONLY METAL IN HERE.
Post your favourite metal songs, and I mean METAL, no fkin rock and fucking Nickle Back or some shit. or some hard rock, etc.

I honestly can't agree with Helter Skelter being metal.
It has some aspects similar to metal, but it's not the same. It's kind of hard to explain.
None the less, it was one of the first lead-ons to metal type.

The best metal comes from Finland and England.

When I say "metal" in this thread, it's referring to metal in general... not specific metal genera.


Also, I can agree that Finland probably has better metal bands, but I don't think I can agree with England so much (in general)... And Korpiklaani is awesome. Forgot to post any Korpiklaani in here.

I usually listen to Maximum the Hormone songs when I wanna get pumped up to gym =P  It also kinda reminds me of SOAD for some reason. I discovered them through watching "Death Note", they did some openings and endings for the anime.
And I found Pathosray while I was searching for a more "clean" sounding heavy metal, without growling, etc. Growling sometimes ruins the music for me so it's nice there are also bands like Pathosray.

Isis and Kylesa are kinda stoner Metal, so best results acheived with a bit of alcohol or weed! Lol.

Was at a Volbeat concert last weekend. Idk if anyone knows them but they're fucking awesome...
Had Spoken and Danko Jones opening for them. Probably not really music I would normally listen to own my own but they were definitely entertaining. Crowd was pretty crazy when Danko Jones came out as far as mosh pits and shit goes.

Fucking missed my favourite song though, literally left my spot the second before it started ;_;. You can actually see me in that video too but there's not really any way to distinguish me except from maybe the hair so fuck it. That concert was incredibly fun though. Probably the best time of my life as of now. Don't think I'll ever forget that concert or the people I met there. Really can't wait to see them again.
Volbeats' entrance was pretty fucking awesome imo as well, unfortunately there's only shit quality videos of it. Sounded a lot better in person I can guarantee.
