I NEED to be a regular because all the tools require you to be regular. I want to be regular so i can do all the things i want to  :)

as far as i recall, you played a few times before applying for regular. you didn't apply instantly because you couldn't use other peoples dupes.
This guy got here yesterday, tried to open his dupes, then asked "how long until i become regular"
so i told him you have to apply, BUT first be a regular player.
