Title: $ilent's MC server

Since Deacon's dad is a potato, hes not allowed to host a MC server, so I decided to keep on hosting his server for him.

All the op's and player data have been kept, so you should have all your items with you if you already played, feel free to join the server!

The server runs in Canada, so if you aren't living in Canada right now you may experience in-game lag. Works for cracked people.

server up times: When I'm online. On weekends the server is open all day. If my server isn't open and I'm online then just send me a PM

RULES:
1- Do not impersonate admins (I'm looking at you gamefreak, if you want something just ask)
2- No griefing
3- Admins always have the final word
4- Respect everyone

The lag should be fixed, I allocated more RAM to the server and put the server on a high priority on task manager.

How can you host a serrver and not know what the internet you are hosting it on is ,_,

btw 1gb ram is fine for the server, Java limits it to a gig anyway

The problem is that the internet connection speed is too slow to send and recieve data the data for more than 2 people at the same time.

You're probably better off renting a server instead to have a decent experience

I've been on by myself this whole time, Supertoaster just joined a few minutes ago, and we both got really huge amounts of lag. Plus, I was on yesterday and wasn't lagging as bad.

I was lagging so badly just now that I took out 41 smoothstone from a furnace, covered up a hole, and then the smoothstone disappeared and reappeared five minutes later as furnaces.

Updated op:

Added new speed test result.
Modified the server status

As for the server, it will be offline until Bukkit releases a new stable client for 1.6. till then take care.

the map has nothing to do with the lag unless you placed 10000s of entities in a small area (cough tnt)
