5. Description of the event(s) We were playing assasination and he was getting lots of kills in small amount of time so i spec him. He starts snapping like crazy! Its very obvious that hes hacking.

good evidence, dl'd the demo. Looks good, like he was cautious about being caught, however, dem snap headshots...i don't see it as human.
