You guys should vote him based on in-game experiences, not how good he speaks English. No doubt this is an English Community, but do we really have to be dicks to people who doesn't speak English? He's not that bad, but he could improve his application by making it longer etc.
He can also find a member of RND that knows his languge then write it on his own language to him and the member can translate it back to english?
