Jim onions has made many notable contributions to rnd (in the form of maps) plus he is a great guy to play with, so I believe admin is long overdue for him.

Jim has always been a helpful person for as long as I have known him, and on another plus, hes in the Japan timezone so we will have another admin online then other than just me when I choose to stay up supah late.  ::)
