Title: Gmod startup error

Just started today, I tried rebooting PC and such. Nothing worked.

It appears as if you lack Steam Apps

It's old, but it seems to be about the same error, so try these things.

Shit, I had this problem with my pingazed version of gmod. It came up with that error all of a sudden. I think you gotta re-install steam/gmod.

Log out and back in of steam again

It failed to register

Steam -> Change User

yea happened to me a couple weeks back though if restarting your comp & steam don't work (90% of the time it will work though) try validating the files (i dunno why this worked for me but i did)
