Just as a word of advice:
After a round, type ttt_print_damagelog in console. It gives a detailed log on who killed who, who shot who for how much damage, who was traitor, and who wasn't. Take a screenshot of the damagelog.
Type "status" in console, and TAKE A SCREENSHOT of that. There's no way to know you didn't just put some random guy's SteamID in there, and that just makes it easier for us.
Take a screenshot of the scoreboard and events log.

If you do this, there's just about a 0.08% chance your report will be denied.

I THINK this is disabled. Only admins can do it. (Not 100% sure)
