Title: Gmod start up help

So um I wanted to play gmod today so I start it up like usual but a few minutes into loading, this happens:

Its a rANdOm error for me. Sometimes (about 4% of the time) it happens when starting up gmod or joining a server. Its not a lethal error.

Tried to launch gmod and had the same error.

Not me. I'm legit, BITCHES!!
The errors I mentioned above never included shading polygons normal or whatever. They had something about can't spawn corrupted world prop or something.
