Why I want to be Regular and why I should be Regular:
I would like to be Regular in order to help VIPs in their votekicks/votebans and to use the regular-only tools on Wire. I have never been reported
I don't hate on people right away. I tell them friendly to stop.If the problem persist's i will get a VIP to do something. (I don't know what else I'm supposed to write here)

Your steam ID be obtained by:
1) Go into any game server
2) Open console
3) Type "status" without the " "
4) Look for your name, it will be followed by STEAM_(Your steam ID here)
That is your steam ID, please get it ASAP as it it required in any Regular Application.
