reson banned: i was useing cheat engine when i was board :P

why i should be unbanned: it has been a year

I say not yet, I'm convinced you'd speedhack again once you got "board", but idc. Not a big deal if he's unbanned.

I don't think it was quite a year, but it has been more than three months.
If I remember right, I made the report on him for speedhacking a long while ago.
