PLZZ help I cant download it its not working could I get some one to mesage me on steam to help?

Yah after I download it, it says Now you can right click on files blah blah blah But it never lets me click the svn check out? that is supposted to be there and I even downloaded the correct version (64bit) my harddrive says?
