After I said I would report him and get him IP banned/banned, he talked about changing his IP easily and getting himself unbanned easily or something. He mocked me afterwards and stuff...he also said about changing his names too.

Speedhacking + A bit disrespectful/mocking towards me...

But then again, the video is laggy as hell, so I can't tell if it's hacks, or lag.
