Title: [Wire Build Tool] Rollercoaster Assistant Tool

Idea: Its a super simple tool to make PHX railroad tracks or monorail pieces to make a roller coaster or in my case to make some tracks for the public in the server to ride on. The tool woks alot like stacker tool but in this case it spawns the prop to select from the little menu. I made a track a few months ago and it took a few days. found this tool went to single player and made a bigger, better no bumps almost perfect track in about 30 mins.

Reason: Very simple tool that might promote building instead of minging and might motivate player to build for the simple fact its so easy.

Info: This is a tool which is quite similar to the Stacker tool, but specialized in positioning PHX train tracks.

It also features a passive auto-snap mode which allows you to build tracks more intuitively by grabbing a track part with the physgun and positioning it.

Only supports PHX rails and monorails for now, support for tubes and XQM rails might come later.

They will still continue, dosen't mean theres a new tool all the minges stop.

What im trying to get at is this tool might motivate player who just be a minge instead of building cuz they sux :>

Dont see how adding one single tool could hurt so why not give it a try?
